Top View is conveniently located by Midway and all of the hotels in the area which makes it a perfect bar to visit for hotel visitors who don't want to pay arm and a leg hotel prices. What most people don't understand is the fact that this place is absolutely fantastic for breakfast. They offer great menu items such as waffles, pancakes, eggs and bacon, and more.
The portions are quite large and if you're not a heavy eater then you may consider splitting the meal with somebody else in order to assure that you don't waste any food. It has a casual atmosphere which is nice. One thing that we will say is that parking is absolutely impossible. There are almost no spots to park and it's very hard to find parking. You may find that you need to park across the street and walk across 4 lanes of traffic in order to get to the restaurant.
They do have a full bar although it's not the greatest for partying. If you enjoy good food and some drinks during brunch or lunch then this is for you.
