Red Pepper's
Red Pepper's is a really cool place on Chicago's South Side. It's located in Chatham and it's sure to leave you with a sweet spot in your heart. Red Pepper's considered one of the best spots in Chatham. It's been voted in within top three jazz spots in all of the Chicago Jazz Club Tour. It fell behind Lee's Unleaded which is a prestigious place to be!
The layout of the place is pretty good. The front room is a sports bar type area which is awesome. You have a jazz spot and then a sports bar so it attracts a large, eclectic, group of people. Both areas, however, have full bars and full groups of welcoming people sitting around and enjoying music or the game.
You'll have to grab food elsewhere but the good news is that there's a new shopping center that opened up near by that has soul food, vegetarian food, and ribs, so you'll have plenty of options to tide you over.
