Clyde's Bar
Cylde's Bar is a dive, what can we say? That doesn't mean that Clyde's Bar isn't enjoyable. It also doesn't mean that dive bars are bad either! The bar is small and that is nice because you are memorable. If you sit down for a pint or two and have a good conversation with any of the staff they'll be sure to remember you the next time you walk through those doors. In fact, it's happened to many in the past.
It is generally not too busy. They have a jukebox with some tunes, and it's ready to be played! People regularly say that Clyde's Bar is the "Cheers" of Avondale. You know Cheers? The one where "Everybody knows your name." It's a small dive; a place where your parents would have gone. That's not a bad thing.
Most of the regulars all know each other. That can be intimidating from time to time but in this situation all it means is that you have to visit more. Because you'll quickly become a regular if you do. The prices are right, the booze is flowing, and good times are to be had.
